By the French designer Philippe Adec this pant suit is unique in its closures and material and exhibits the ideal professional fit of the early 2000s. The material is a blend that appears intentionally distressed with subtle pulls and markings, hence me calling it the French name for scarecrow because of its slightly shabby appearance.  I would call her mine but alas my chicken chest just won't fit.
